LYHYT is a free URL shortening service that allows users to create short, easy-to-share links which redirect visitors to the original destination.

Shortened links remain active for 14 days. After this period, expired links may stop working and may be permanently removed from our system.

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. Prohibited uses include phishing, malware distribution, fraudulent or misleading content, spam, illegal activities, copyright infringement, and automated mass creation of short links.

While we strive to keep LYHYT available and reliable, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LYHYT shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after revised terms have been published constitutes acceptance of those changes.
