Welcome to LYHYT. By accessing or using this service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

LYHYT is a URL shortening service that allows users to create short links which redirect to longer URLs for easier sharing.

2. Link Expiration

All shortened links are automatically set to expire after 14 days from creation. After expiration, the links will no longer function and may be permanently deleted.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Phishing, fraud, or scam-related activities
  • Distribution of malware, copyrighted content, viruses, or harmful code
  • Linking to illegal, abusive, or harmful content
  • Sending spam or abusing the service (including automated mass link creation)

We reserve the right to remove any link or restrict access to the service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if these terms are violated.

4. Service Availability

We strive to keep LYHYT available at all times; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

5. No Warranty

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or suitability of the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LYHYT shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • The use or inability to use the service
  • Any content accessed through shortened links
  • Unauthorized access or misuse of the service

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
