LYHYT provides a URL shortening service that converts long links into short, shareable URLs. The service is offered "as is" and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

You are responsible for all links you create and share. Users must:

• Not use LYHYT for illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
• Not engage in phishing, spam, malware distribution, or scams.
• Respect intellectual property rights.
• Not attempt to bypass security measures or rate limits.

Each IP address may create up to 20 short URLs per week. Violating usage limits or terms may result in temporary or permanent IP bans.

We only collect the IP address used to create a short URL, creation time, and expiration time for security and abuse prevention. We do not use tracking cookies or collect unnecessary personal information.

All content, logos, and software related to LYHYT are the property of their respective owners. You may not reproduce or distribute LYHYT content without permission.

LYHYT reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. Short URLs may be deleted, and IPs may be banned temporary or permanently.

LYHYT is not responsible for any loss or damages resulting from the use of the service. Users access and share links at their own risk.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of LYHYT constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
